Most of our recipes are central Texas style, Carolina Pulled Pork from its namesake, Dutch oven potatoes, Ham and Beans from Jack's experience in Utah sheep camps, and Jambalaya from years of trial and error.

Prices include heavy paper goods, buffet setup, and one and one-half hours of buffet service; events requiring longer buffet service will be charged accordingly. Included buffet service begins at the customer’s chosen start time for the event; additional charges may apply when an event’s planned start time is delayed. Table busing can be provided for an additional fee. All catered events are subject to a 17% service gratuity and 7.75% Utah prepared food sales tax. Actual final charges will be based on the number of guests booked or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
