Prices include heavy paper goods, buffet setup, and one and one-half hours of buffet service; events requiring longer buffet service will be charged accordingly. Clear Plastic Dinner Ware can be provided for an additional $0.75 per person. Included buffet service begins at the customer’s chosen start time for the event; additional charges may apply when an event’s planned start time is delayed. Table busing can be provided for an additional fee. All catered events are subject to a 17% set up fee and 7.75% Utah prepared food sales tax. Actual final charges will be based on the number of guests booked or the number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
